Terms of service
1. General provisions
These terms set out the conditions for the purchase and sale of goods in the online store minimalusstilius.lt. The seller is Eglė Andriekienė, sole proprietorship (individuali veikla) no. 1091561, Virbališkių g. 93, Tvarkiškiai, 53285, Kaunas district, Lithuania.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Purchases may be made by legally capable natural persons aged 18 or over, or by minors with the consent of a parent or guardian, as well as by legal entities.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The purchase-sale contract is considered concluded from the moment you place an order, complete payment, and receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Goods, their origin and authenticity
All goods sold are new and unworn. We purchase them from wholesale suppliers in batches, so some items arrive without their original paper price tags. Any special characteristics of an item are noted in its product description.
Minimalus Stilius is an independent reseller of goods. We are not an official representative, partner, distributor, or authorised dealer of any brand, and we do not cooperate directly with manufacturers. Brand names on the website are used solely to identify the manufacturer of the product.
For most items we hold only a single unit, so an item may already be sold by the time you view it.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Colours may differ slightly from the actual item due to screen settings. Additional photos or measurements can be requested by email or phone.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. The final amount, including the delivery fee, is shown before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change prices; however, an already confirmed order retains the price that applied at the time the order was placed.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods, prices and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or postal service, but we will always help you track down your shipment.
The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrectly entered address or because it was not collected, the cost of re-shipping is borne by the buyer.
6. Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the item is defective, damaged, or was sent in error.
7. Liability of the parties
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The seller is responsible for the conformity and quality of the goods with the order in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The seller is not liable for damage arising from improper use or care of the item in disregard of the manufacturer's instructions.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is used only to fulfil your order and for related communication.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the website, except for third-party trademarks and manufacturer photos, belongs to the seller. All trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
10. Dispute resolution
If a disagreement arises, please contact us first – we aim to resolve everything directly within one business day. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. Amendments to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version published at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
